Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, in the order they are received. Fulfillment times may vary based on product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Incorrect Addresses

• If an order is shipped incorrectly due to an error on our part, we will replace it at no additional cost.

• If an incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout and the order is returned to us, we’re happy to re-ship it once the correct address is confirmed. Standard shipping fees apply.

Please note: We are unable to replace orders lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is lost in transit, we will do our best to assist. Once proof of delivery is provided, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
