RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns or provide refunds on opened or used products. If you purchased an s4e product from an authorized retailer, please contact them directly to learn about their return policy.

DAMAGE 

We take great care in packing and handling your orders, though we do understand that damage can occur in the shipping process. If a package or product is damaged during shipping, please save the product/package and contact us via email within 48 hours of delivery. :)
