30-Day Returns

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

• Products may be opened or gently used

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the product cost, less shipping.

If you purchased an s4e product from an authorized retailer, please contact that retailer directly regarding their return policy.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packing your order, but we understand that damage can occasionally occur during shipping.

If your package or product arrives damaged, please:

• Save the product and original packaging

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Include clear photos of the damage
