Returns/Shipping

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns or provide refunds on opened or used products. We do not provide shipping for order returns. If you purchased an s4e product from an authorized retailer, please contact them directly to learn about their return policy.

DAMAGE 

We take great care in packing and handling your orders, though we do understand that damage can occur in the shipping process. If a package or product is damaged during shipping, please save the product/package and contact us via email within 48 hours of delivery. :) We require an image of any damage incurred during shipping.

SHIPPING 

s4e ships from Chicago, Il. Your package will be shipped via USPS and include tracking.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If an order is ever shipped incorrectly due to an error on our part, we will replace the order. If you supply an incorrect shipping address at checkout and it is returned to us, we will happily re-ship the item to the correct address for the standard shipping fee. 

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to replace orders that are lost due to incorrect shipping address given at checkout. 

LOST PACKAGES

If your package gets lost in transit we will do what can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is produced. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Our recommendation is to use a delivery address that is secure.



ORDERS

We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. We strive to accommodate orders quickly and efficiently. Fulfillment time is subject to availability of product. We maintain the right to refuse an order at any time.
